Elizabeth Phinney is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. She holds specialty certifications in fitness nutrition, weight management, and older adult fitness. Not only has she spent countless hours helping people get stronger and more flexible, but she has also helped them slow the progress of and even reverse aging issues that had plagued them for years.  She shows people that they can control how they age, and teaches them how to do it!
